Role Description/Criteria
Emmanuel College is a thriving Catholic school community that is experiencing significant growth in student numbers. We are a two-campus College: St Paul’s Campus, a boys-only campus located in Altona North, and Notre Dame Campus, our co-educational campus located in Point Cook.
Emmanuel College is seeking applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and committed staff for a Business Manager commencing in 2026. This position is central to the College’s mission of fostering a faith-filled, inclusive, and dynamic learning community inspired by our Marianist tradition and Gospel values.
Successful applicant will demonstrate strong leadership, collaboration, and innovation in their area of responsibility, and contribute to the College’s strategic focus on student learning, wellbeing, inclusion and holistic development.
This position is based at St Paul’s, Altona North, with occasional travel to Notre Dame, Point Cook, to fulfil duties of the role.
The start date will be Monday 19 January 2026 at St. Pauls Campus, Altona North or alternate date by negotiation.
