Role Description/Criteria

Corpus Christi Primary School, Glenroy, is seeking a high-performing educator to join the team in the role of Deputy Principal & School Improvement Innovation Leader.  The role requires an energetic faith-filled, committed and skilled leader who values a collaborative coherent approach to decision making and administration. In addition to this, a leader who promotes a culture of high expectations for all where effective feedback and professional dialogue are highly valued. The Deputy Principal needs to show initiative and share innovative ideas while ensuring the MACS 2030 Vision and School Improvement Plan are at the forefront of all decisions made. The role provides a wonderful opportunity for those aspiring to further develop their leadership skills and capabilities.
