Role Description/Criteria
Aquinas College is a Catholic Co-educational Secondary College in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri people with an enrolment of over 1700 students. Our mission is to promote quality learning in our students while developing an awareness of God in their lives, the value of human relationships, a sense of justice, a hopeful spirit and a love of learning.
We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to play a key role in our educational organisation, both at the planning and policy level and at the operational level. This role is vital to the smooth and efficient running of the College, and to its long-term viability. The Business Manager will be an integral part of our dynamic leadership team.
The successful applicant will have high level of competency in a wide range of areas including finance, general administration, people management, communications, legal issues, information systems technology, leadership, and a thorough understanding of and commitment to the ethos of a Catholic school and its mission.
Commencing July 2025, the role is a 5 year appointment.
