Role Description/Criteria
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following criteria:
- a strong commitment to the Catholic Identity of the school,
- a commitment to the ongoing professional learning and continuing development of a positive school culture,
- develop and maintain positive, caring relationships with students, staff and parents,
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
- oversee and prepare students for the whole school production to be held in December, 2023. This will involve working collaboratively with teaching staff, liaising with parent groups for costuming, overseeing school rehearsals, liaising with sound and lighting teams and promoting the school production,
- capacity to promote contemporary and innovative practices with a particular focus in the area of Performing Arts,
- plan and implement a highly structured program in Performing Arts,
- use formative assessment to adjust and target teaching, and
- cater for a range of student needs through differentiation.

Special Requirements
- Current VIT registration,
- Child Safety - be familiar with and comply with the schools child safe policy and code of conduct and any other policies and procedures relating to child safety,
- Ability to work on a Wednesday preferable, and
- Accreditation to teach Religious Education and/or willingness to gain accreditation.
