The role

Loreto Toorak invites applications from experienced and talented Teachers to join our dedicated team in the role of Daily Organiser. This position also comes with a teaching allocation. This opportunity is offered as a full time, ongoing role commencing Term 3, 2023.

Working in a collaborative manner with the Director of Operations this critical role assists with workforce planning across daily P-12 school operations. The Daily Organiser is responsible for ensuring that all classes are supervised and appropriately covered at the start of each day, as well as managing allocations of changes to School learning spaces and other operational matters.

About You

The successful candidate will be an experienced Teacher who thrives in the daily management of school operations. Previous experience in providing timetabling and workforce planning support and delivery will be critical. Your excellent organisational and communication skills coupled with a collaborative, pragmatic and calm approach will be highly valued.

A relevant tertiary qualification and full VIT registration will be essential.
