The Office & Finance Manager works in the school office, supporting administration, daily organisation, finances and communication. This position reports to the Principal and incorporates support of the Principal, including greeting all visitors to the school, and supporting enrolment growth, marketing and administration. The Office & Finance Manager has a key role to play at the operational level and is vital to the efficient and smooth running of the school on a day-to-day basis.  Duties include: use of computerised administrative system for student records, payroll, staff and student onboarding, student first aid, purchase orders, banking, accounts & finances, liaising with FBP and Principal, maintaining personnel records, office coordination, administrative services, compliance and front reception duties.
