Role Description/Criteria

The successful applicant will be available to work on Thursday and Friday and demonstrate:

  • A genuine commitment to the mission and values of Catholic Education.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in administration and office support.
  • Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in financial programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and online applications.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • A warm, professional, and approachable manner.
  • The capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team while taking responsibility for individual tasks.
  • A qualification in Administration, Business, or a related field (advantageous but not essential).
  • Previous experience in an educational setting (desirable but not essential).
  • Current First Aid certification or a willingness to complete First Aid training.
