Salary range $79,589 to $118, 063.

- an ability to develop and maintain respectful and caring relationships with students, families and colleagues
- an understanding and demonstrated use of evidence based best practice, particularly a strong understanding of the Science of Learning
- a capacity to use data to make informed decisions about learning and teaching
- an understanding and experience with PBL (an advantage)
- the ability to collaborate, support and contribute to the building of a professional learning culture
- the willingness to adhere to St Francis of Assisi's Child Safety Policy and Code of Conduct and other policies relevant to Ministerial Order 1359
- a commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children
