The Victorian Government has introduced reforms through new legislation that aim to remove barriers to information sharing, and enable services and organisations to work together more effectively to support the wellbeing and safety of children, and reduce family violence.

Requests for information from prescribed Information Sharing Entities related to the Child Information Sharing Scheme (CISS) or Family Violence Information Sharing Scheme (FVISS) should be made in writing to childinfosharing@macs.vic.edu.au, where practicable.

Complaints

Any complaints about Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS) as an Information Sharing Entity relating to the CISS or FVISS should be lodged via the MACS Resolve form.
