Role Description/Criteria

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Deputy Principal Caufield Campus, Victoria. This campus is for students from Foundation to VPC.

The successful candidate will have a background in educational leadership, coupled with a deep understanding of trauma-informed education, school operations and strategic planning, would be highly beneficial. Experience in managing key areas such as student engagement, attendance, and staff development is essential. Additionally, strong analytical abilities and a dedication to data-informed decision-making are important, along with a proven track record of inspiring and nurturing both staff and students.

This position is commencing 13 January 2025.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications in education
  • Experience in educational leadership.
  • Relevant experience teaching and supporting vulnerable children and young people.
  • An understanding of trauma-informed practice in an educational setting
  • Demonstrated alignment with the ethos and identity of a catholic school and a commitment to model these values as a leader
