Role Description/Criteria
St Joseph's is seeking an expert teacher who can demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and engage in professional dialogue in a quality teaching and learning environment.
St Joseph's is a Visible Learning School where teachers see learning through the eyes of the student and students see themselves as their own teacher. Applicants will be able to clearly articulate the Visible Learning philosophy of learning and teaching and have a sound knowledge of the Horizons of Hope framework.
Applicants will demonstrate how they gather and analyse data to inform and drive learning and teaching. It is expected applicants will have a commitment to the Catholic ethos of the school and to the spiritual, emotional, social and wellbeing of all members of the community.
