POSITION OF LEADERSHIP
House Leader (POL 3)
A Catholic Co-educational College for students in Years 7 – 10, Catholic Regional College North Keilor welcomes applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of House Leader.
House Leaders are responsible for providing proactive, high quality leadership and support of their nominated house (students, parents and staff) and play a key role in the facilitation and implementation of the goals and annual Focus Areas of the College. The role works collaboratively to promote the Vertical House Structure at CRCNK and the holistic growth of each student on their four-year journey at the College; this encompasses their learning, wellbeing and faith development.
The person appointed to this position will work closely with the Assistant Principal – Wellbeing, Director of Student Services, other House Leaders, the Learning Diversity Team, School Counselling Team, and Mentor Teachers of the College, in promoting the wellbeing and learning outcomes of our students. The House Leader will work as part of the Wellbeing Forum of the College to institute contemporary wellbeing practices at the College and drive focused strategic improvement for all students and staff.
This is a full-time teaching role combined with POL 3/18 sessions per cycle.
