About the College

As a Catholic School, Thomas Carr College aims to educate our students with an appreciation of the spiritual as well as the intellectual and physical aspects of their lives. We aim to work with our parents to produce young people of faith and character. We are a Catholic Co-educational College in Tarneit, West of Melbourne with 1300 students.

Our College continues to grow and embraces the Berry Street Education Model as a key strategy in supporting the learning and wellbeing needs of our students. Thomas Carr College is also a leading provider of VCE offshore delivery and opportunities exist for international travel as part of a mentoring role that attracts the generous time and financial allowance.

The Role

The position of Learning Leader: Religious Education contributes to the core strategic focus of the College to build a culture of expert teaching from Term 3. 

Salary

In accordance with the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA), the salary range for all teaching staff is $79,589 - $118,063 as per the Schedule of Salary.

Positions of Leadership are paid an additional POL allowance.
