Role Description/Criteria

About the Role:

  • Position: STEAM Primary Teacher (Part-Time)
  • Days: 2 days per week Tuesday and Wednesday.
  • Location: Our Lady of the Rosary Primary School, Kyneton
  • Start Date: Tuesday August 19, 2025
  • Contract: Fixed Term

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, hands-on STEAM lessons for primary pupils
  • Foster creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a strong STEAM culture across the school
  • Contribute to events, projects, and initiatives that enhance students' STEAM learning

About You:

  • In the process of completing final year of completing a primary education qualification
  • A passion for STEAM education and innovation in the classroom
  • Ability to create exciting, inquiry-based learning experiences
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
