Role Description/Criteria

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed teacher for the position of Director of Organisation (POL 4) for 2026-2029.

The Director of Organisation is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of all College programs and the day-to-day operations of the College. This includes the development and implementation of the College timetable. The Director of Organisation is a member of the College Leadership Team.

A commitment to the ethos, values and mission of Catholic Education and to the safety and wellbeing of children, along with a willingness to be involved in the life of Sacred Heart Girls’ College is required.
