Positions of Leadership - Commencing 2026

Emmanuel College is a thriving Catholic school community that is experiencing significant growth in student numbers. We are a two-campus College: St Paul’s Campus, a boys-only campus located in Altona North, and Notre Dame Campus, our co-educational campus located in Point Cook.

Emmanuel College is seeking applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and committed staff for a range of Positions of Leadership (POLs) commencing in 2026 with a three-year tenure. These positions are central to the College’s mission of fostering a faith-filled, inclusive, and dynamic learning community inspired by our Marianist tradition and Gospel values. 

Successful applicants will demonstrate strong leadership, collaboration, and innovation in their area of responsibility, and contribute to the College’s strategic focus on student learning, wellbeing, inclusion and holistic development.
