Role Description/Criteria
It is expected that the successful applicant will :
- develop and maintain respectful and caring relationships with students, families and colleagues
- have a passion for teaching and learning and student wellbeing
- able to strengthen mental health promotion and prevention efforts within the school
- be a team player who is committed to ongoing professional learning and are open to feedback and growth.
- Participate in the implementation of the MACS Flourishing Learners Vision For Engagement
- oversee OH & S compliance
The successful applicant should:
- have accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school is desirable
- be committed to child safety, to maintaining best practices to ensure this and to ongoing evaluation of these practices
- have read and be committed to maintaining the standards as set out in our Child Safe Code of Conduct
- hold a current VIT registration
