Role Description/Criteria
The successful applicant will:
- Demonstrate meaningful and committed relationships with students and staff, and show a commitment to our Catholic Way of Being and faith community.
- Demonstrate exemplary teaching practices using effective, research-based learning and teaching approaches.
- Demonstrate an openness to work as part of a collaborative team as well as independently.
- Maintain a Child Safe environment in which students feel safe, empowered, and listened to.
- Encourage students to develop the skills to be self-responsible learners and problem solvers.
- Be committed to the safety and wellbeing of children, upholding Child Safety and the Child Safety Standards (Ministerial Order 1359).
