We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Mathematics Teacher to join our collaborative Mathematics Learning Area. The successful applicant will bring a passion for teaching and learning, a commitment to student growth, and the ability to create engaging and challenging learning experiences that build confidence and inspire curiosity. This is an ongoing full time position to commence at the beginning of 2026.
The classes will include:
- 2x Year 12 General Maths
- 2x Year 11 General Maths
- Year 7 Maths
You will:
- Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons across Years 7–12 that promote deep understanding and problem-solving
- Use assessment and feedback to inform practice and support student progress
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Mathematics curriculum
- Collaborate with colleagues to share resources, ideas, and best practice
- Create a classroom environment that promotes inclusion, respect, and academic excellence
We want to hear from you if you are an educator who:
- Holds current registration (VIT) and relevant tertiary qualifications
- Expertise in Mathematics and familiarity with current curriculum and assessment practices
- Values collaboration, professional growth, and student-centred learning
