The Opportunity

St Kevin’s College is seeking a dedicated and proactive Food Nutrition Assistant to join the team at our Waterford Campus located in Richmond. 

This multifaceted role supports both the Food Technology Department and the day-to-day operations of the campus, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and efficient learning environment for all students.       

This position is full time ongoing commencing, 27 January 2025, 

Key Areas: 

  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
  • Guide students in practical cooking skills, food science, and nutrition.
  • Supervise and assess student work, providing constructive feedback.
  • Maintain a well-equipped and safe food technology laboratory.
  • Support Reception, provide administration where required 
  • Provide assistance to on campus events 

 About You

You have previous experience working in a "hands on" administration role, with the confidence to answer phones, process documents, to setting up events. In addition you have a strong interest in food science/nutrition and an appreciation for healthy and delicious food.
