Our Lady of Sion College has a long and proud history of educating young women and is conducted in the traditions of the Sisters of Our Lady of Sion. We are a vibrant faith filled community that seeks truth through learning, in a culture of caring relationships.
The Director Innovation and Learning is a visionary and strategic leader, responsible for driving the College's innovation program to enhance learning and teaching outcomes. This leadership role will spearhead initiatives that inspire and foster a culture of continuous learning, while promoting and celebrating the Vision and Mission of the College. This position of leadership has a tenure of two years and is attached to a permanent teaching role. Commencement date is negotiable.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for innovation and experience in implementing transformative educational strategies.
