Role Description/Criteria

Our Lady Help of Christians is seeking a dedicated and organised Administration and Bursar Assistant to work each Tuesday, supporting our Administrative and Bursar Officer in the smooth running of the school office.

The successful applicant will assist with reception duties, administrative tasks, data entry, communication with families, and basic financial processes such as receipting and preparing documentation. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, confidence using digital platforms including ICON, Google and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work with initiative, discretion and warmth.

The Administration and Bursar Assistant will contribute to a welcoming, professional and efficient front office and support the Catholic ethos and child safe culture of our school. A Working with Children Check, Police Check and Level 2 First Aid Certificate are required.
