Role Description/Criteria
Emmaus College is a proudly Catholic co-educational College in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, established in 1980. The College operates over multiple campuses, at Vermont South, Vermont and Burwood. A Senior Campus for Years 7, 8, 10, 11 and 12 in Vermont South, a Junior Campus for K to Year 6 in Vermont South (1.8km from the Senior Campus) and a Year 9 Campus in Vermont (1.4km from the Senior Campus) and a VET Campus in Burwood.
Learning Area Leader- Languages
Applications are invited from driven, motivated, and experienced teachers for the position of Learning Area Leader- Languages. The successful candidate will engage and inspire students of all abilities through dynamic, inclusive lessons that promote a genuine appreciation of language and culture. Teaching Italian is an essential requirement of this role. The commencement date will be determined.
The successful candidate will be appointed to Emmaus College as a teacher in an ongoing capacity. The leadership role will be for an initial period of three years.
The successful applicant will be committed to the ethos of a Catholic school.
