St Clare’s Catholic Primary School is seeking an experienced, highly organised Administration & Enrolment Officer to join our vibrant school community. This role oversees the front office and supports the smooth day to day operations of the school, providing essential administrative support to the Principal and staff while maintaining a welcoming, efficient, and professional environment.

About the Role

The Administration & Enrolment Officer is the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, playing a crucial role in communication and school operations. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing reception duties, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Providing administrative support, including student records management and processing purchase orders
  • Assisting with financial tasks such as receipting and banking
  • Leading the enrolment processes on Enquiry tracker to support the Principal and Leadership team 
  • Developing promotional material for the school and events 
  • Upholding Child Safe Standards and ensuring compliance with policies
  • Be competent with Emergency Management processes
  • Develop and implement appropriate procedures for the effective management and records of students’ health care needs in partnership with the Learning Diversity Coach
  • Create and maintain communication to families with such things as the newsletter, notices and permission forms
  • Administering first aid and maintaining office supplies

Position Details

  • Full-time: Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
  • Experience with platforms such as Canva, nForma, Synergetic, ICON and/or eSIS would be beneficial.
