We invite applications for the position of Marketing and Events Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, organised and motivated professional to contribute to the promotion and development of the College.
About the Role
The Marketing and Events Coordinator plays a key role in enhancing the College’s profile and reputation through effective communication, brand stewardship, marketing activities and high quality event delivery. The position works closely with the Head of Marketing and Development to implement the College’s marketing plan and support a wide range of internal and external events.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, organising and delivering College events
- Creating engaging promotional and marketing materials (print and digital)
- Managing photography, media assets and brand consistency
- Coordinating signage, honour boards, trophies and promotional merchandise
- Supporting the College’s digital presence, including advertising and content coordination
- Working collaboratively across the College to ensure consistent and effective communication

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in marketing, communications and/or events coordination desirable
- Experience in a school environment beneficial but not essential
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, InDesign, Teams)
- A current Working with Children Check and National Police Check are required

Position Details:
- Full-time, ongoing position
- Commencing as soon as possible
- Category C, Education Support Employee under the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022, with an entitlement of 7 weeks' leave per school year.
- Flexibility to meet operational needs; some out of hours work (including weekends) will be required.
