We are seeking a highly organised and professional Administration Assistant to College Operations and Faith and Mission to support the effective coordination of key operational and mission-based activities within the College.
This role provides essential administrative and organisational support to the College Operations and Faith & Mission portfolios, assisting with daily administration, communications, and the planning of events and initiatives that contribute to the life of the College community.
This is an ongoing full time position working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:36pm.
As the Administration Assistant to College Operations and Faith and Mission, you will:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the College Operations and Faith and Mission teams
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and internal communications
- Assist with the organisation of College events, liturgies, retreats, and community initiatives
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and administrative systems
- Support the preparation of reports, correspondence, and meeting materials
- Liaise with staff, students, families, and external stakeholders as required
