Role Description/Criteria

St Columba's College Ltd is a Catholic secondary girls' school located in Essendon under the stewardship of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and conducted in the tradition of the Sisters of Charity.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced applicants for the following casual contract position, commencing from the beginning of Term 2 2026.

Voice Music Specialist

Casual position  

Thursdays or Fridays

As the Voice Music Specialist you will be required to:

  • instruct private individual voice lessons
  • direct choir(s) as required
  • support music items, including Graduation, College Masses and Assemblies

You should be able to demonstrate a commitment to girl's education and have previous experience in preparing students for AMEB and VCE exams. Knowledge and experience in a range of techniques and genres is desirable. VCE instruction and ensemble direction experience is advantageous.

You must have a current Working With Children Check or be VIT registered.

Current VMTA rates will apply.
