Role Description/Criteria

Siena College invites applications for the following non-teaching position.

Examination Supervisor (Casual)

Siena College is seeking applicants to join our team of Assistant Supervisors to oversee both external Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) Victorian of Education (VCE) Examinations and internal VCE Trial Examinations.

Examination Supervisors are required for casual shifts and training during the following periods:

  • Examinations Supervisor training on Tuesday, 12 May 2026 for a morning session
  • VCAA General Achievement Test A and Test B on Tuesday 16 June 2026*
  • VCAA VCE Exams on Monday 26 October * to Wednesday 18 November 2026
  • Siena College Internal Units 3-4 Trial Exams on Monday 28 September to Friday 2 October 2026

*Applicants who are available on 16 June and 26 October will be prioritised, as these exam dates require the greatest number of supervisors.
