Role Description/Criteria

Emmaus College is a proudly Catholic co-educational College in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, established in 1980. The College operates over multiple campuses, at Vermont South, Vermont and Burwood. A Senior Campus for Years 7, 8, 10, 11 and 12 in Vermont South, a Junior Campus for K to Year 6 in Vermont South (1.8km from the Senior Campus) and a Year 9 Campus in Vermont (1.4km from the Senior Campus) and a VET Campus in Burwood.
 
RTO Manager
 
The College seeks Expressions of Interest from experienced and motivated professionals for the role of RTO Manager. This is a unique opportunity to lead the establishment and ongoing registration of the College’s Registered Training Organisation (RTO), while shaping high-quality vocational pathways for Senior Secondary students.
 
The RTO Manager will play a pivotal leadership role in setting up and managing the College’s RTO, ensuring full compliance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2025 and regulatory requirements of the Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA). In addition, the role will oversee the development and delivery of nationally recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs, supporting student engagement and successful post-school pathways.
 
This is a part-time position, with the potential to transition to full-time as the program expands. Expressions of interest are invited through a one-page cover letter and a CV, including three professional referees.
 
The successful applicant will be committed to the ethos of a Catholic school.
