Role Description/Criteria
Applications are invited for the Education Support Employee (ESE) role:
* MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER
Commencing 16 June 2026, this is a fixed term full-time position, concluding on 11 December 2026.
Part-time, minimum 0.8 FTE will be considered.
The full terms and conditions as an Education Support Employee (ESE) are in accordance with the CEMEA (2022). ESE: Category C, Level 3 or 4 (dependent on experience).
The successful applicants will be expected to support and uphold the Strategic Direction of the College. They will be supported by the leadership structures within the College, as well as an effective Professional Learning program.
The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.
Special Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing & Communication or equivalent marketing experience
* Experience and proficiency with using Microsoft 365, Adobe In Design and databases
* Ability to be strategic, creative, visionary and have an eye for design when marketing and communicating about the College
* Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Have a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or the capacity to obtain the WWC.
