About The Role
Part Time | Fixed Term

The Human Resources Assistant supports the Human Resources Manager in various administrative and operational functions.  This role ensures the smooth running of day-to-day operations of HR processes, supports recruitment efforts, supports the delivery of HR projects, the maintenance of HR employee data and assists in fostering a positive workplace culture. This role is integral to the full employment lifecycle, supporting activities from recruitment, onboarding through to the exit processes.

The Successful Candidate Will

Have completed a relevant tertiary qualification and appropriate work-related experience. Experience in a School setting preferred but not essential

Working knowledge of the Catholic Employment Multi Enterprise Agreement (CEMEA) 2022 an advantage

Upholds confidentiality, privacy principles and fulfils duties with the utmost of discretion

Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with members of the school community and members of the public

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills

Strong and reliable attention to detail
