We are seeking reliable, organised, and professional Exam Supervisors to support the successful conduct of VCE examinations throughout the academic year. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented and enjoy working in a calm and structured environment.

This is a casual position and will be required for the GAT on 16 June 2026, the trial exams from 18 to 24 September 2026 and the VCE exams from 26 October to 18 November 2026.

As a VCE Exam Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise VCE examinations in accordance with VCAA regulations and College procedures
  • Ensure examination conditions are maintained fairly and consistently
  • Distribute, collect, and account for examination materials accurately
  • Support students by providing clear instructions and maintaining a calm environment
  • Report any incidents or irregularities to the Chief Supervisor promptly

 We are looking for someone who has:

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and discreet under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow strict procedures
  • Previous supervision or education experience is desirable but not essential

 Please note VCE exam supervisors cannot be:

  • Related to or associated with any student undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study.
  • Teaching or tutoring any student in a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study.
  • Related to or associated with any person engaged in teaching, tutoring or coaching any students undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study, or any school personnel engaged in organising or checking VCE external assessment materials on behalf of a school.

All appointed supervisors are required to complete the Supervisor Relationships Statutory Declaration and Conditions of Appointment well in advance of the first day of employment. Supervisors cannot be employed at a school where they have taught VCE Units 1–2 and/or 3–4 in the last two years.
