Role Description/Criteria

The Marketing and Community Engagement Leader is responsible for leading the promotion of the College through strategic marketing, communications, enrolment growth and community engagement initiatives. Working closely with the Principal and College Leadership Team, this role plays a key part in strengthening the College brand, building positive community connections and supporting enrolment objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies
  • Managing College publications, social media and digital communications
  • Maintaining and updating College website content
  • Coordinating promotional campaigns, events and community engagement initiatives
  • Supporting enrolment promotion and brand awareness

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • Experience in marketing, communications, public relations or a related field
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Experience managing digital platforms and social media
  • The ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
