Role Description/Criteria
Applications are invited from enthusiastic and experienced professionals to join our College as Administration Assistant and Office Manager. This position is based at our St Paul's Campus in Altona North.
The Administration Assistant and Office Manager provides administrative, payroll and office management support to the St Paul's Campus Office, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service to students, staff, families and visitors.

Emmanuel College is vastly increasing in student numbers. We are a two-campus College, with our St Paul's Campus located in Altona North and our Notre Dame Campus located in Point Cook.

Administration Assistant and Office Manager (St Paul's Campus)
This position is based at our St Paul's Campus in Altona North. This is a Category C position. The successful applicant will work full-time and report directly to the Business Manager.
The successful applicant will:
- Provide payroll and administrative support, including maintaining employee records and staff databases.
- Assist with payroll processing and staff leave administration.
- Prepare invoices, creditor statements and maintain associated records.
- Support the operation of the St Paul's Campus Office, including reception, attendance and sick bay coverage during staff absences and peak periods.
- Assist with enrolment administration and record management as required.
- Manage and support office staff to ensure the efficient operation of the Campus Office.
- Coordinate office staffing arrangements, including reception coverage.
- Facilitate effective communication, information sharing and problem-solving within the office team.
- Organise and chair Office Team meetings.
- Undertake additional duties as directed by the Principal, Executive Team or Business Manager.

Salary:
Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Education Support Employee – Category C classification under the applicable Catholic Education Agreement.

Candidates must hold a valid Working with Children Check and National Police Certificate and demonstrate relevant experience in payroll, administration and office management. Experience working within a school environment will be highly regarded.
