We have exciting leadership opportunities commencing in 2027 for qualified and experienced teachers ready to lead in a values based community.
Leader of Student Wellbeing Middle Years (7-9) (POL 4):
Working collaboratively within the Student Wellbeing Team, this leader partners with staff, families, and students to foster the cognitive, emotional, and social skills necessary for students to thrive in a complex world. With care at the heart of our mission, we seek an educator prepared to lead with strength and kindliness, towards developing a program of pastoral care for all students. The successful candidate with be a proven wellbeing leader able to partner with students, staff, families and outside agencies to develop and deliver supportive pastoral care programs across the middle school, holding the values and mission of the College at the core of everything they do.
Learning Leader: Religious Education (POL 3):
We are seeking a passionate and visionary Learning Leader - Religious Education. The ideal candidate is a faith-filled educator dedicated to nurturing meaningful faith development in modern society. We invite a leader ready to champion rigorous critical thinking, emphasising academic excellence while embedding social justice into pedagogy, and driving curriculum innovation that connects Gospel values with the complexities of today’s world.
The ability to teach VCE Religion and Society and/or VCE Text and Traditions may be an advantage.
Learning Leader: Science (POL 3):
Our future Learning Leader: Science is an inspiring and innovative educator, ready to lead our dynamic Science Learning Area. This key leadership position is responsible for fostering excellence in Science education, driving curriculum innovation, supporting staff development, and promoting student engagement and achievement across Years 7–12. The successful applicant will be a passionate educator with strong leadership skills, a commitment to contemporary teaching practices, and the ability to build a collaborative and high-performing team culture. A dedication to the values and mission of Catholic education is essential. If you are ready to join a vibrant learning community committed to empowering young women to become confident, curious, and capable learners, this role is for you.
All POL are for the 2027 - 2028 school years. Tenure at the College as a classroom teacher is ongoing. These are full-time positions.
