Home > News and Events > 2025 > July > Premier’s VCE Awards Last week’s Premier’s VCE Awards recognised the exceptional dedication and hard work of students who undertook VCE subjects in 2024
.
Study Awards were presented to students who earned a study score of 46 or above in individual VCE subjects. Congratulations to the following students from Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools (MACS) schools who were awarded in a wide range of subjects:
  • Amy Dickson, Avila College, Mount Waverly – English
  • Bethany Whitehead, John Paul College, Frankston – Food Studies; Outdoor and Environmental Studies
  • Joseph Valcanas, De La Salle College, Malvern – Geography
  • Jonathan Russell, Caroline Chisholm Catholic College, Braybrook – Music Sound Production (VCE VET)
  • Gemma Shilston, Ave Maria College, Aberfeldie – Outdoor and Environmental Studies
  • Xavier Kouris, St Joseph’s College, Ferntree Gully – Physics
  • Madelaine Dupes, Loyola College, Watsonia – Product Design and Technology
  • Rylan Peiris, Mazenod College, Mulgrave – Religion and Society
