Casual Relief Office Administration Staff
St Mary MacKillop Catholic Primary School

St Mary MacKillop Catholic Primary School is currently seeking experienced and dedicated Casual Relief Office Administration Staff to join our supportive team. This role provides administrative relief during staff absences due to illness, leave, or during peak periods throughout the school year.

About the Role
We are looking for a professional with prior experience in school administration who can manage a variety of front office duties, including:

  • Handling phone calls and face-to-face enquiries from parents, students, and staff
  • Processing EFTPOS payments and general administrative tasks
  • Supporting daily office operations in a busy and dynamic school environment

Familiarity with ICON and previous experience working within Catholic schools will be highly regarded.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be warm, friendly, and approachable with excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
