Role Description/Criteria

Are you passionate about supporting young people and fostering a positive school environment?

Mater Christi College is dedicated to fostering personal growth, and emotional well-being. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced College Psychologist to join our Wellbeing team and support the holistic development of our students.

You will provide individual counselling and psychological support to students addressing emotional, social, and academic concerns, work collaboratively with families, develop and facilitate group sessions on topics such as resilience, mental health, stress management and social skills and present to staff, students and families on relevant psychological and developmental issues.

In turn, you will be part of a supportive and inclusive community committed to student well-being. You will have opportunities for professional development and the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young women and their families.
