The successful applicant will have:
- A strong commitment to Catholic Education and Catholic Identity.
- Accreditation to teach Religious Education (or willingness to gain accreditation).
- A willingness to be actively involved in the life of the school and Parish.
- Exemplary teaching skills and the ability to engage all learners.
- A strong understanding of evidence-informed teaching & learning and the Victorian Curriculum.
- Capacity to embed student voice, agency, and Catholic values in learning and school life.
- Commitment to timely assessment and data-informed planning for student growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive relationships with students, staff, parents and the Parish.
- Effective classroom management and collaborative teamwork skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and reflection.
- Experience using SeeSaw for reflection and sharing learning (desirable).
- Understanding of AITSL standards and expectations of professional teachers.
- Relevant qualifications and ability to teach at all levels.
