Role Description/Criteria

 

St Damian's Catholic Primary School is seeking a passionate, experience, highly skilled professional to work as Office Administrator.  The position offered is for either 21 hours (3 days) or  28 hours over 4 days - Monday to Thursday. 

The position requires the successful applicant to have current knowledge of working in a school environment and be able to effectively and efficiently attend to all administrative tasks associated with the successful management of the school office as well as be competent in the use of technology. A sound knowledge of the school's administration package and ICON is necessary.

The successful applicant will also possess good inter-personal skills and a cheerful and positive manner.  As the 'face of the school', this person will interact on a daily basis with members of our school and wider community.

The successful applicant will also display a genuine willingness to support the St Damian's School and Parish community and be a willing and integral part of our professional team.  

The successful applicant would be required to start as soon as practical.

Applicants must hold a current Working With Children Check.
