Role Description/Criteria

Trinity Catholic School is a welcoming and vibrant Primary school situated in Richmond. Trinity is seeking an experienced, organised, energetic and collaborative teacher/leader to lead our Learning Diversity Team. The contract is initially for the 2026 school year, however, it is hoped that with the right person this would be extended beyond 2026. 

The successful applicant must demonstrate:

  •     a highly developed understanding of Learning Diversity across the curriculum
  •     passion for inclusive teaching and learning
  •     experience in leading highly effective and positive teacher teams
  •     an ongoing commitment to professional growth
  •     highly effective communication and organisational skills
  •     a strong understanding of personalised learning and planning across the curriculum
  •     a commitment to building positive relationships with students, parents and staff
  •     a strong commitment to student wellbeing and child safety
  •     a commitment to support Catholic education and ethos
  •     a sound knowledge of the AITSL Standards and the NCCD Framework
  •     study in student wellbeing, student welfare or inclusive education an advantage.
