We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Deputy Director of Glendalough to play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of our vibrant Junior School. The position; is an ongoing teaching role with a four-year fixed-term leadership appointment.

Working in close partnership with the Director of Glendalough, this pivotal leadership position ensures that our students and staff are supported to flourish academically, pastorally, and spiritually in line with the College’s vision and mission.

About the Role

The Deputy Director of Glendalough will coordinate the daily operations of the Junior School and deputise for the Director when required.  The position will be accountable for managing operations budgets, excursions, and campus logistics with efficiency and attention to detail. Oversee co-curricular and after-school programs, ensuring compliance with College policies and child safety standards will also be expected. Previous experience manage operational budgets, excursions, and campus logistics with efficiency and attention to detail.
