Role Description/Criteria
Mercy College is a Catholic Secondary Girls’ College with a proud and rich history of education in the local Coburg area and surrounding suburbs. We are currently seeking a Grounds and Maintenance Manager on a full time ongoing basis, commencing February 2026.
The Grounds and Maintenance Manager is responsible for delivering both proactive and reactive maintenance across the College. This includes coordinating contractors, supervising in-house staff, and undertaking hands-on and administrative duties to ensure all facilities and grounds remain fit for purpose at all times.
The role also provides strategic advice to the Principal on maintenance planning, asset management, and facility improvements, and plays a key role in the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices.
Appointees are expected to show understanding of and commitment to the Catholic ethos of the College.
