Role Description/Criteria

Aquinas College wishes to appoint a dynamic, suitably qualified applicant to the position of Graphic Designer. This is a fixed term 12 month, 0.6 FTE position, commencing late February 2026.The preferred candidate will be enthusiastic and keen to engage with the Aquinas College community.

The Graphic Designer sits within the Marketing and Communications department in the College and will work collaboratively with other team members and staff to: ensure effective and efficient promotion of the College; cultivate the awareness, recognition and reputation of the Aquinas College brand; and to create and distribute a range of internal and external communications and publications.

The successful applicant:

-Will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children


-Will have excellent communication skills


-Will have the ability to work successfully within a team


-Will have qualifications and experience appropriate to the role


-Will have current WWCC


-Will have relevant permissions to work in Australia


The successful applicant will be appointed as a Category C Education Support Employee, Level 3 under the Victorian Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022. Category C employees work 45 weeks per year and receive seven weeks’ paid school holidays (pro-rata).
