Role Description/Criteria

St John's Regional College is a Catholic co-educational College, with a proud Lasallian and Presentation traditions, serving the parishes of Dandenong, Doveton, Endeavour Hills, Noble Park and Hampton Park.

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Casual Relief Teachers (CRTs) to join our professional and supportive learning community.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons based on provided plans
  • Maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment
  • Follow College policies and procedures, including Child Safety requirements
  • Build positive relationships with students and staff
  • Provide feedback to relevant staff following each day of teaching

About You

  • Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
  • Demonstrated commitment to student wellbeing and child safety
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to different subject areas and year levels
  • Committed to ongoing professional development, keeping up to date with current teaching trends and maintaining a proactive attitude.
