St Joseph's is a Catholic Edmund Rice Education Australia Boys' Secondary College, with an enrolment over 1800 students. This college community is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care. Multiple Opportunities 2026
The College is seeking a suitably passionate, qualified, experienced and innovative secondary English Teachers able to teach VCE for multiple leave replacement opportunities at the College in 2026. The ability to teach other methods including Religious Education would be an advantage.
Teachers at St Joseph's College are employed to perform specific tasks as teachers of subjects and classroom administration. Each teacher brings one's own individuality to the job, and thus a plurality of teaching approaches naturally occurs.
Within the context of a large organisation there is the need for each teacher to be consistent in the application of school procedures and policies. Teachers are expected to attend all relevant staff meetings and curriculum meetings.
