~~ Part time (4 days) will be considered for exceptional applicants.
~~ The position is for Year 5 2026 - different year levels will be options in 2027.
~~ A start date of 4 May is preferable, but this can be negotiated for preferred candidates.
~~ While experience teaching in the Catholic system is not a prerequisite for application, experience within the system (as a student or teacher) would be considered advantageous.

Selection Criteria
The successful applicant will be able to fulfil the duties outlined in the attached Position Description, as well as having the following qualities.
* have current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
* be committed to the values and traditions of our Catholic faith
* be accredited to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school (or be willing to undertake such study within 5 years).
* be committed to the safety and wellbeing of all children, and be familiar with expectations outlined in the Child Safety and Wellbeing document found on our school website, and described in the MACS Code of Conduct.
