The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Officer (LSO) to join our collaborative and dynamic team. In this role, you will provide timely and professional support to both staff and students during classes, helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

This is a fixed-term, part-time position (0.8 FTE), commencing on 27 April 2026 to the end of the year. The standard hours of work are 8:30am to 4:00pm. Please note there may be times you will be required to work across two campuses, located in Toorak and Richmond.

About You

Your knowledge, along with your skills and experience, will equip you with the tools and confidence to recommend and support students in consultation with case managers. You will be expected to provide one-on-one support to students to develop and enhance their skills, as well as facilitate support in small group settings.
