Role Description/Criteria
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- a commitment to the Values and Ethos of Catholic Education
- a commitment to the Safety, Wellbeing and Protection of all children in a Child Safe environment
- a commitment to supporting the overall wellbeing of students, and to provide adjustments as needed
- willingness to working collaboratively with colleagues to improve student outcomes
- an understanding of explicit teaching strategies particularly in English and Mathematics,
- an understanding of the MACS 2030 Vision for Instruction
- an ability to differentiate teaching and assessment practices to meet the needs of the students.
