Role Description/Criteria

St Mary’s College is seeking a highly organised, professional, and community-minded Registrar to join our dedicated team. The College Registrar plays a pivotal role in the strategic and operational management of student enrolments and the broader student lifecycle at the College.  

Working closely with the Principal, Director of Development and Business Manager, the Registrar oversees enrolment processes from initial enquiries through to commencement, retention, transition, and student exit, supporting sustainable enrolment growth and community engagement.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service within a collaborative educational environment.

Remuneration is in accordance with a Category B Education Support Officer - CEMEA 2022.
